Carbohydrates = Carbonic Acid
I'd like you to bear this fact in mind when you think about eating any concentrated carbohydrate foods, such as bread, cereals, and all other flour/starch products: THEIR CARBON CONTENT IS TOO HIGH!

The more starchy foods we eat, the more carbon atoms we force into the blood, and the greater the carbonic acid content of the blood. Every muscle movement produces carbonic acid. Within a few seconds carbonic acid molecules cause the heart rate to beat more rapidly.

The greater the quantity of carbonic acid, the greater is the action of the heart. Why?  It is because the rate of the heart beat "is regulated" by the amount of carbonic acid content of the blood. High blood pressure, no less than low blood pressure, is nothing more than the result of eating too many carbon foods. Sugar of every manufactured variety has the same effect.

My point is; if you eliminate carbon foods, you will have the "wind" of a marathon runner. Why? Due to the fact that the less carbonic acid gas the heart has to pump to the lungs to be exhaled, the less the rate of the heart beat during exercise. Even during rest for that matter. For example, my resting blood pressure, when last checked, was 106 over 62, and I salt my food to taste too.

Also, carbonic acid gas (carbon dioxide=CO2) cannot be completely expelled when mucus or smoke debris block expulsion, and block oxygen intake, and the body needs oxygen and will steal atoms of oxygen from carbonic acid gas to compensate for the bodies lack of oxygen. This leaves carbon monoxide, (CO), a dangerous and deadly poison as a residue in the system.
With these "facts" before you, facts which in this enlightened day and age cannot be contradicted, it is easy to conceive why it is of un-estimable significance to guard what goes into your body like an armed soldier.


Never microwave food in plastic wrap, bags or containers.  The microwaves drive plastic molecules into the food that are toxic.  Very few microwavable containers are safe.

Refined starches are dead lifeless matter. The life principle being destroyed through the process of heating. Even vegetables cooked past 118 degrees Fahrenheit lose their life giving properties. If you base your diet solely on cooked meals, you could literally be starving yourself of vital micro-nutrients responsible for the rebuilding of the cells of the human biology. I personally base my diet on RAW foods, occasionally eating something cooked daily.


Alcohol drinkers take heed!  Excessive alcohol consumption leads to increased thiamin requirements, a syndrome called Wernick-Korsokoff, is characterized by weak eye movements, poor muscle coordination, memory loss, confusion and a short attention span.

Starch is useless, gooey stuff in flours and high carbohydrate foods. It is neither soluble in water, alcohol, or ether.  It

causes the liver to harden like cement. Starch travels through the bloodstream and lymph as a solid molecule which the cells, tissues, and glands cannot utilize. The eliminative organs become afflicted with theaccumulation of these molecules as a lining or plaster on the walls of the intestinal track, which cannot be expelled.

Your Emotions Can Poison Your Body
Depression releases harmful toxins into your system.  Depression is so harmful to the body it may lead to cancer. or it can make your body ill.  The body is not meant to deal with depression for prolonged periods of time.  During depression, the brain sends messages down the spinal cord signaling the adrenal glands to pump adreniaine into the system, the kind of adrenaline that is experienced from fright or fear.  An extra dose of hormones toxic to the system are released.  The cells in the body actually die as depressive experiences impinge on them.  The cells continuously reproduce without dying off, this can create a malignant tumor.  Your body is affected by your feelings, so instead of dwelling on your problems, see your troubles as temporary, say, "This too will pass."


Why You Crave Chocolate
Wonder why you get a craving for chocolate, or feel the need to eat chocolate?  Some people get a growing craving for chocolate during an emotional upset, when their life is going through a change, at the beginning or end of a romance, when something is upsetting, and when they need to relax.  Chocolate  stimulates the production of endorphins. Their purpose is to relieve stress.  If you have a recurring need to eat chocolate, you're body is telling you something you need to do. An exercise program will balance your diet properly and release a depressed part of yourself from its duty.  Do this by taking a yin approach.


Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils and fats are artificial ingredients that are manufactured chemically and are very harmful to you. They are a foreign substance that your natural body cannot recognize, so it doesn't get assimilated. It's like pouring plastic on your plants instead of water.  So they collect in your body which can cause cancer or other dis-ease.  They are present in many processed foods and some fast food restaurant foods. They are the reason why you should NOT use margarine, they are in most cookies, chips, crackers, baked products, candy, even salad dressings and on and on.  They have been artificially created by adding the atom hydrogen to poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated fats in a heating process to create a solid or semisolid form such as a "saturated fat". This type of fat blocks cell respiration and cannot be processed effectively by the body, heating these fats as in frying makes them highly carcinogenic.  Read labels and don't buy if it contains this type of health danger.



When you regularly eat junk food, smoke, and drink alcohol, your body begins to live off of them and then you CRAVE more junk food, more smoke, and more alcohol. Their cells have been manufactured of such.  Likewise, a person who's cells that have been forged of, or re-constructed of fruits and vegetables always desires fruits and vegetables.



The present staples of "nourishment" developed as food by our modern world contains nothing but DEAD atoms. Cooked foods, soft drinks, flour, canned foods, processed foods, etc. fill our grocery store shelves. Every remnant of life in canned foods has to be entirely killed before the FDA will allow it sold, otherwise it would spoil. All cereal, all bread, all milk products go through a heating process that actually boils the nutrition away - called pasteurization. - which destroys all beneficial properties.  When you are eating cooked foods, refined foods, processed foods, anything but natural foods you are eating dead food.



Those processed, refined, manufactured foods that come with the word "fortified" on the label, be aware that fortifying simply tally's up more lifeless atoms in which the body can not utilize. PERIOD!

Any vegetable, for example, cooked past 118 degrees---their enzymes are destroyed after the oxygen has been dissipated. Also, their plant derived precious organic mineral properties are then converted "back" to their "original metallic mineral state".
