"Powder" :  A good example of going beyond our third dimension consciousness is in a movie entitled "Powder".  The main character is named Powder because he has white eyes and white hair.  Powder's mind was centered and peaceful, he did not react to his adversaries with fear or panic, but with compassion and the sense of being one with them.  When a hunter shot a deer in the woods, Powder bent over the dying deer and put his hand on it.  Powder connected with the deer's mind and spirit.  He began to see through the eyes of the deer, he could feel the pain and the fear that the deer was feeling. The hunter came over and bent down over the dying deer.  Powder still had his hand on the deer; he then put hs other hand on the hunter's arm.  The three were connected.  Powder transformed the energy from the deer through him and over to the hunter.  The hunter could feel the pain and fear that the deer was feeling.  He screamed and threw down his gun.  After that he vowed never to hunt again.  In a real life example, I read about a man who was a violent bully all his life, he hurt over a thousand people.  Then when he had a near death experience he wrote a book about it.  He wrote that when he died, his life flashed in front of him, he faced the people he had hurt.  He felt their fear and pain; he experienced how he had made them feel.  This was judgment day for him.

What we do unto others will return to us.  Some have to experience near death before they see.  Powder was at the other end of the consciousness spectrum, the understanding of being one with all.

First his comrades showed him that the world he came from, the third dimension they called The Matrix, was a reality that existed in his perception.  A world that is made up of what we perceive it to be.  In virtual reality settings, they took him beyond his third dimension consciousness to show him that his failures only came from his fears and his uncertainty.  They showed him that his power must first come from his belief in himself.  He had to release his limitations and expand his mind.  Neofirst had to accept the concept that he was more than what he had always perceived himself to be.  He was taken to a woman called The Oracle, a sort of psychic, who could see if he truly is the savior of the human race.  At her apartment a little boy sat on the floor with a spoon.  Neo watched the boy bend the spoon with his mind.  Neo asked the boy how he did it, the boy answered, "You must first realize the truth.  The truth is that there is no spoon."  This has relevance later, it is the key to the movie and his powers.

By using your mind dynamically you can not only achieve you fitness goals, you will release the thoughts that hold you back from being the best you can be in all aspects of your life.  The movies below are ideal examples to illustrate the point.

When Neo went in to see the Oracle, he stood there expecting her to tell him he is not the one.  She looked him over, at his uneasiness, and told him don't worry about the vase next to him.  Just then he fidgets and knocks the vase onto the floor which breaks.  He asks how did she know he was going to break it.  She tells him she didn't, she just suggested it.  Then she tells him he is not the "one", the savior.  He readily accepts this.  He held onto his belief in his limitations, he was not mentally ready to step beyond his comfort zone, to be bigger than what he thought himself to be.  Later when he battled the enemy, his skills were sharpened, but the enemy was more powerful than he.  He let his mind limit his ability to defeat the foe  He only failed when he believed that the enemy was more powerful than him; and when his mind told him he could not do it.  His comrades told him he is faster, better and more powerful than them, and he responded, "You mean I can dodge bullets?" the reply "I mean when you are ready, you won't have to."  He first had to accept the concept that the power of the enemy lived in his belief that they were more powerful than him.  Later, he realized the Oracle told him that he wasn't the savior because he wasn't ready at that time.  He realized that when he changed his belief in himself, when he realized he was better than the limitations we set upon ourselves, he released his self awareness amnesia to see himself at his full potential.  This is where he took the step beyond the comfort zone of the Matrix, the only reality of what he had always known, to his higher potential.  That is when he strengthened his mind, he decided to battle the enemy and save his comrade.

After a blazing battle with guards on his way to rescue his comrade named Morpehus (played by Laurence Fishburne), Neo and Trinity cling to cable wires inside an elevator shaft.  As he contemplates the rescue and the upcoming battle with the foes called The Agents, Neo whispers "There is no spoon."  Then he takes off after the enemy.  Here is where he realizes what the boy who bent the spoon meant, the enemy does not really exist, it has no power except in what he grants it.  He reached his highest self when he completely released the limitating amnesia of his true self, he reached his highest awareness.  It was at the moment when he knew he no longer had to fight back, he had attained the pinnacle of power.  His strong mind, belief in his full potential, and the ability to see beyond the illusion (the situation, the surroundings, the enemy), he released it and no longer give it power. The enemy no longer could hit him, they no longer had power over him because he no longer feared them.  He shed the anchor of Self Awareness Amnesia.

When you dwell on a negative situation that you think is happening to you, you draw to yourself its continuance, and you give it power.  Realize that the person or the situation has no power over you, cease to dwell on it and give it power.  Release the negative force of it from you, and you will see these bullets of life cease to have power over you.  Watch the movie, you'll see the meaning within this powerful script.
The Matrix: This is a motion picture that is known for its special effects, yet the story holds a distinct example of the power of the mind.  The movie stars Keanu Reeves who plays the main character Neo who mastered his own transformation, releasing his self awareness amnesia to reach his true potential. He went beyond third dimension consciousness by raising his mental power.  His mission was to save the world from an invisible non-human enemy, an enemy that could not die.  His comrades took him through a series of steps to help him realize who he really was, releasing his self awareness amnesia, to perceive his destiny.  Their goal was to show him the true powers of his mind, and teach him how to use them.  Neo went from a desk job to an another world of reality where he was trained to battle an unbeatable foe and save the world.
