The Crown Chakra, Color is Purple, it is located just above the head and is the center of our inspiration from the etheric realms of spirit. Visualizing our breath coming through this chakra while tapping into the meditation of living in the present moment, we can sustain a place of peace through any experience. As this energy comes down through this chakra, it inspires us to see our world through Divine sensing.

The Third Eye Chakra, Color is Indigo, it is located in the brain and is the center of thoughts and what we focus on from time to time. Ask ourselves this question: What is the truth behind what is being perceived out there? What we perceive as being truth on a personal level, may not be the Truth Universally. When our personal Truth comes closer to the Universal Truth, we live in balance with all life everywhere. Truth brings peace to mind and body. Total understanding brings the ability to heal through empathy and compassion.
Meditation is: Seek truth in all things
The Throat Chakra, Color is Blue, located in the throat, it is the center of our Will. It is the storage place for all of our judgements and criticism of others. This chakra is also the center of our mercy. We then have the choice of judgement or mercy in our beliefs about the world and others.
Meditation is: Surrender personal will to Divine Will. This area of the body may manifest problems when there is an imbalance of energy in the personal will.
The Heart Chakra, Color is Green, center or seat of the soul or self, where the soul lives in the body. This is the center of our Love and guidance from spirit. It is our other brain. Truth lives here, intuition lives here. Do we listen is another story. When this energy is being blocked because of previous experiences, because of emotional loss or hurt, eventually the body in this region suffers physiologically. This is the center of your power to love and be loved, as well as to forgive and be forgiven.

Solar-plexus Chakra, Color is Yellow
This enegy affects the organs of the region of the solar plexus.
Meditation is: Honor thyself.
This is your center of self, whether you take care of yourself or not. Personal respect and self doubt are stored here. Review your sense of honor and know if you critcize yourself. Forgive yourself for past mistakes. What we believe about ourselves is recorded here. If we pray for anyone that energy is recorded here, as negative thoughts and wishes against anyone is also recorded here. Say, " Give me guidance on what my task is in this life, and who I am in this life." "Give me Guidance"
Lower Stomach Chakra, Color is Orange
This is your connection to Tribal Law, your center of fear. Your center of nervousness and anxiety. Fear and anger at self or others for speaking out against the "leader". This center stores the energy of your belief in right or wrong as taught by the tribe, (club, family, group, gang, etc.) whatever form. If you allow others to control you, or if you try to control others in any manner for any reason, that energy is stored here. The intestines, bowels, sex organs and hips / lower back are ruled by this energy. Each night you must clear the day's events.. Say to Heaven, "I step out of your way, move into my life. This is your connection to the Mother Gaia, Earth, and the wisdom you receive from being a part of the planet. When this energy is blocked, one could suffer from lower back, leg or foot problems or pain.

This is your connection to the world and everything in it. This is your connection to your own life on earth. All of your past life memories are stored here. The fears and lessons from the distant past. Rules the feet and legs This chakra holds more of us in restriction due to tribal law, religios beliefs, family laws, are recorded here. Military rules, all rules that one has adopted are recorded in the root chakra.
